Circa Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Circa app and its related Studio JB pages.
Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using Circa, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Circa.
General wellbeing only
Circa provides routine, sleep, and general wellbeing information. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Seek qualified professional advice for medical concerns.
Apple Health and Screen Time
Circa can display information read from Apple Health and apply app restrictions through Apple Screen Time when you grant permission. Health insights are estimates based on available records and may differ from other apps or devices. You remain responsible for your schedule, device settings, and decisions based on the information shown.
Acceptable use
You may use Circa only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with the app, attempt to bypass its security, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it in a way that harms others.
Third-party services and links
Circa relies on Apple frameworks and may link to third-party product pages. Those services and websites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Product recommendations are informational and do not guarantee suitability.
Availability and changes
Studio JB may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Circa is not guaranteed to be continuously available, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, data source, or third-party service.
Intellectual property
Circa, its design, software, text, graphics, and branding are owned by Studio JB or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Disclaimer and liability
Circa is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio JB disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Apple terms
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and standard end-user license agreement. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Circa.
Changes and contact
