PreQx Terms of Use

By using PreQx, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.

Educational purpose

PreQx provides general educational preparation and comfort activities. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medication, fasting, or emergency guidance. Always follow the instructions of the child's hospital and medical team.

Adult supervision

A parent, guardian, or care professional should supervise use by children. Activities involving an anaesthesia mask should be used only with adult supervision and the medical team's permission.

In-App Purchase

One optional, non-consumable purchase unlocks three interactive stories. The App Store displays the applicable local price before confirmation. Billing, refunds, and family sharing are governed by Apple.

Availability

Features may vary by device, operating-system version, language, permissions, and App Store availability. Services are provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law.
